2) Affirmation-based goals
Describe yourself using the trait you hope to cultivate.
If your goal is to save more money, write "I am wealthy".
Think about what wealthy people do.
Goal: spend 15% less per month and invest that 15%
3) SMART goals
S - specific
M - measurable
A - actionable
R - realistic
T - time-bound
Goal: post on Twitter 2x per day for 1 year
4) OKRs
OKRs stands for objectives and key results.
Let's say you want to grow your network to 100 people.
Objective: grow network to 100 people
Key Result: do 2 coffee chats per week and follow up the next day
5) One word goals
Choose one word that represents your goal.
If you want to become more calm, your word could be "meditate".
6) Tiered goals
Set annual, monthly, and weekly goals.
Annual goal: get a 20% raise at work
Monthly goal: complete 1 strong project
Weekly goal: update manager with progress
7) Big, hairy, audacious goals
Set a huge goal with a strong purpose and an emotional component.
Goal: buy a house
