7 Ways to Relax Like a Pro:

Relaxation allows you to increase your happiness and your output.

Try to do one thing that truly relaxes you every day.

Here are 7 things I enjoy doing to relax.

1)  Journal

Journaling is the best way to clear your mind.

Some journaling ideas include gratitude, a brain dump, and free writing.

2) Meditate

Meditation is exercise for your brain.

I like to close my eyes and focus on my breath before bed.

3) Take baths

Warm and scented baths are amazing.

You can sit in silence, read, or even listen to music.

4) Do a hobby

Hobbies help you create balance.

My hobbies include working out, reading, and traveling.

5) Listen to music

Music can calm your mind quickly.

I enjoy listening to country and Latin pop music.

6) Exercise intensely

All forms of exercise help you relax.

You can run, lift weights, walk, or do some yoga.

7) Eat your favorite food

Comfort food can improve your mood.

Foods I love include gnocchi, cookie dough, and pizza.

Relaxation TL; DR:

  • Journal

  • Meditate

  • Take baths

  • Do a hobby

  • Listen to music

  • Exercise intensely

  • Eat your favorite food
