7 Ways to Win Your Morning:
Mornings set the tone for you day.
That's why planning your morning matters.
Here are 7 ways to win your morning every single day.
1) Plan your day
What gets planned gets managed.
I like to use the Eisenhower matrix and time blocking.
2) Eat a high protein breakfast
Food fuels your mind, energy, and body.
I eat oatmeal, granola, and a blueberry yogurt smoothie for breakfast.
3) Move your body
Find what exercise works for you.
You could stretch, lift weights, do yoga, or run.
4) Meditate
Meditation trains your mind.
One app I recommend is Ten Percent Happier.
5) Connect with a loved one
Chatting with a loved one makes you happy.
You're much more likely to be productive when you're happy.
6) Do sunlight exposure
Sunlight exposure regulates your circadian rhythm.
Even ten minutes of sunlight in the morning will help you a ton.
7) Apply sunscreen
Sunscreen protects you from skin cancer.
ELTA sunscreen is what my dermatologist recommends.
Morning Routine TL; DR:

Eat a high protein breakfast
Move your body
Meditate
Connect with a loved one

Tool of the Week — Tally:
Habits are the foundation of growth.
To build new habits, you have to track your progress.
My favorite habit tracker is Tally. Here are a few reasons why I love Tally.
1) Very customizable
Tally allows you to change habit frequency, color, view, and more.
2) Simple UI/UX design
Tally's main page consists of squares for each habit.
3) Multiple helpful views
Tally allows you to view your progress on a calendar, graph, journal, or summary view.
4) Sends you notifications
Tally sends notifications to help you stay on track with your habits.
5) Can add / remove targets
You can set a daily, monthly, yearly, or running goal, but you don't have to.
